.bootstrap file script doesn't have +x permissions #351

When building, the .bootstrap file is missing +x permissions. Easily resolved with chmod, but thought it was worth raising an issue to fix.

Checked on versions 0.10.1 and 0.10.2. This issue exists on both.

This may be related to the gzip issue, as to unzip, I copied the file over to windows and to use 7zip as gzip didnt recognise file type. I will test further and reopen if this is not the case.
