Implement a stride to fetch the next pixel in the histogram to speed up processing.

Will deliver a plausible approximation to the histogram.

[ ] Implement constant stride, ideally none, which is a factor of the line length
[ ] Test random stride
[ ] Unit test to check histogram performance.
