Items needed to finalize the texture reduction: UI requirements

[x] Specifics of the UI are described in the user story
[x] Contour/Polar plot #42 #39
[x] switch between out-of-plane angles (peakfit ui defaults to main entry, texture will need to use the defined eta_ entry)

Backend

[x] method to collect the peak information for all out-of-plane angles into a single object
[x] export data as ascii in mtex format #36
[ ] export diffraction data as cif format, with associated instrument angles

[x] test for polefigure calculation #411
[ ] test reduction of data by out-of-plane angle with no vanadium normalization #415
