Cannot clear selected project files from strain/stress GUI #749

When using strain/Stress GUI what if I wanted to clear the current selections in the project files and other fields? if i close/reopen the strain-stress viewer the data is all still there.

Currently I have to completely close PyRS and re-open? What would be a good solution. clear upon closing/reopening viewer?
