Reduced data viewer unable to load logs from event slicing UI #193

Reproduce

  1. Chop and reduce data from Event slicing assistant UI
  2. Launch viewer from Event slicing assistant UI
  3. "Load Logs" and it is said 
    IPTS and run number must be specified for viewing sample logs: Blank editor
