Md histo2 danse histo #134

add a utility to load mdhisto files and generate a danse histogram. This only works for Q,E files, thus why it is in multiphonon and not histogram. test cases have also been written and a test file added.

just pushed in a couple minor updates that I had not merged into master. gives energy range in stitching and allows turning of colorbar in SQE plot
