sqe2dos: plot residual #41

One way to understand the reliability of the DOS computed from SQE is to have a look at the residual I(E) and compare it to the original measured I(E). Add a script for that.

ARCS Vanadium data

Large residual. C_ms=0.5. it is too large. Large residual when C_ms is too large

Smaller residual. C_ms=0.2 Smaller residual when C_ms is appropriate
