Author additions and minor edits of paper.tex.

Minor changes to paper.tex including:

• Addition of me and my affiliation
• Rewording of the first sentence to avoid starting a sentence with a lower case package name.
• Changed "assuming ..." to "under the incoherent approximation".
• Addition of a caption for the figure

Note that I did not update the associated pdf; since some of the citations didn't compile properly on my local machine.
