Some possible points to include:

Can we use the global heatmap tiles with attribution? Can we collaborate somehow on analysis tools with a focus on safety, infrastructure enhancements for our users, and community building? Can we establish any kind of mutually beneficial affiliate relationship if we promote Strava? Are there technical or other resources we could share?

Their price is $0.80 per subscriber in the area for a year. Not bad! I think NVBC is a good candidate to buy the service and mediate the services and data offered.
