I was thinking maybe we could also provide a working JSFiddle with basic configuration, so people can just fork and update the example?

It's a good idea (I hope the majority of people does take a look at these kind of instructions before posting !). I like the advice of adding a JSFiddle to an issue or a pull request, it's always a gain of time of having access to a running example.
Maybe we should add something about being respectful?
I see what you refer to ;) . I think this is not necessary to add such a mention for now, as there was only one disrespectful person until now.
The guides seems to be sufficiently informative for now (we could complete them later if we notice some missing points), many thanks !
