You're right, I think it's a mistake. Feel free to contribute to the project by fixing the map (you can take a look at this tutorial : http://www.vincentbroute.fr/mapael/create-map.php ) . Anyway, I will fix it as soon as possible.
HK doesn't seem to be autonomous on the world countries map (unless I'm missing something). If someone - who knows their way around this vector madness - could pull that out that would be bliss.
