From Wikimedia original. 'Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike' license.

The original map was made of disorganised SVG paths, with graphical additions, much excess material, and uninformative ids. Graphics have been fully reworked. The new id names have been cross-checked. New graphics display well on a test HTML page, but recommend checking.
