A map of Peru regions usable as jquery-mapael map.

Hi @jaumet ,

Sorry for my late answer, thank you a lot for your contribution ! I have checked your map of Peru and here are some feedbacks :

The name of the JS files should be the same as the map name (peru vs peru_regions)

What is the paths of ID "path4192" ? Does it represent a river or something like this, or maybe it could be joined with the path for Ucayali area ?

The path for Puno seems a little bit strange as it seems to goes also around the Madre_de_Dios area.

It seems there is a typo in an ID here : "san_,artin"
