Reflection v2 optimisations

• [x] Check clinit() for classes is deferred (both js and jvm mode, also devconsole)
• [x] Remove typeinfo (or at least type name) for generated classes from .js (ditto, probably, all lambdas/anonymous functions)
• [x] Reimplement getter/setter on generated Property, not as method lambdas
• [x] Implement dev mode 'reflect in first module if unknown' dev solution
• [x] Fix GWT fs caching (use native hooks & monitor modifications), reenable compilation caching
• [ ] Throw on non-reflected types in the serialization graph
• [ ] Fix non-serialized, @bean types throwing if property types are non-reflected

• js - just use breakpoints
• java - run with verbose classloader option

Remove typeinfo (or at least type name) for generated classes

• Verification: inspect compiled file, check no 'lambda' class name (and any suspicious $ $)
