Possibly issues are caused by job status/job message conflicts:

get debugging
transform should pause if backend transform is in flight (db) - note this'll all be on the one vm so should be manageable

This is actually correct wildfly behaviour - those are genuine optimistic lock exceptions, solution is higher-in-the-stack locking
