Correct the empty morphological annotation urn:cite:croala:latmorph.morph19.1 #33

Several records for segments in Modruški point to the CITE URN urn:cite:croala:latmorph.morph19.1, which currently shows no value. Inspect what should be there and either correct the URN or add the appropriate morphological description to the database cp-latmorph.

Actually, the problem was only in the cp-cite-morphs database (it was being replicated whenever the db was updated). Corrected the source XML in fb162a7286d0ee8d372fd1ab366e37e19e063e52 and everything now validates OK.
