At a meeting today, the team has concluded as follows:
loci-id-novi
Google Spreadsheet we are identifying things (places in the world, or worlds), not wordsloci-id-novi
spreadsheet, in the first field we enter the most common Latin name (for example, Etruria for Tuscany, Hungaria for Hungary)Many of problems that @zeljkasalopek has mentioned are corrected (the duplicate entries were removed) in commit 771dede0345b6ebaa0dba2e75bed67c0389390fc .
@arsimr16 has agreed to remove (and unify) his own duplicates, because he, contrary to @NinaCengic , did not use the same ID numbers for different entries.
I am not sure if I understood adding new entries in the spreadsheet loci-id-novi correctly. As we are referring the actual place name (e.g. Hungaria), the people (Hungari) and the adjective (Hungaricus) to the same place (in this case the Kingdom of Hungary), I am wondering is it necessary to add new entries for all three in the spreadsheet, as the columns label, uri and citebody will be the same. In other words, the LOCI CITE URN (the five-digit number) will always be the same, regardless of the lemma.
The same question goes for the lemma Pannonia, which is in this case also the reference to the Kingdom of Hungary (but there is also a Roman province of the same name with it's own urn), hence it will have the same urn as the above three. Or should it not?
Thank you for your answers!
