Asia and Asia Minor in the Index #38

I added a new entry in the spreadsheet loci-id-novi for the continent of Asia (ID 67913). In the index there already exists an entry for Asia, but the uri refers to the Asia Minor (ID 38242). We should change the place name and/or the lemma (nomen and label in the spreadsheet) for Asia Minor in order to distinguish these two in the Index.
