Change locus identification - report and proposal for solution #41

Place name Cyrrha doesn't refer to a place Cyrrus/Hagiupolis: the former is supposed to be in Phocis, while the latter is a town in Syria.

Proposed solution: create a new URN for Cyrrha with short definition as 'a town in Phocis in the foothills of Mt. Parnassus' and add it to our Croala index of place names (croala.ffzg.unizg.hr/basex/citelocus) /and change it accordingly in all our spreadsheets and other documents/.

I suspect there could be a few more cases similar to this, so a good solution would do.
