Plural lemmata are not needed if we already have singular #48

For all cases of almost-duplicates in lemmata (Romanus / Romani, Bossinensis / Bossinenses) I have removed the plural and kept only the singular (see 06a46d709bb ). The distinction has to do with meaning, not with lemma, and we need just lemma here. I have made the necessary corrections across the lemmata and the CITE lemma body databases and source files (CSV and XML).
