Add missing sensor_holder STL - StealthMax S #26

I noticed the sensor_holder part is missing from the STLs while planning the electronics side of things.

Not 100% sure about the naming scheme or if the STL should ideally be a part of a plate.

It should be noted that the STL has to be mirrored on the Z axis before printing, at least when you soldered the sensor stack in the optimal way (the actual sensor on the SGP facing outwards when slid into the holder).

This STL export is just the status quo from the StealthMax S CAD, where ideally it needs to be mirrored as well. @0ndsk4 I can offer to do that in the CAD as well. Direct edits of the f3d file without design history is the accepted way right?
