Add support for Western-type Pieces #3

Because it is very difficult for non-Chinese users to approach and to learn 
Xiangqi (Chinese Chess), 
it is important to add support for Western-like Pieces.  Users can choose.
*** Note: Similar set of pieces have been added to HOXChess and to the 
Flash-based client on 
PlayXiangQi.com.
