Target this feature for v0.9 which is pre-production version before being 
submitted
to AppStore

v0.9 (with localization) is good enough for the 1st submission to AppleStore.
v1.0 (with Move Review/History) is for the 2nd submission.

Internationalization (i8n): Implement the first phase:
+ Move two UI files: "About" and "Settings" from the directory "Classes" to the 
parent project folder.
+ Add two languages: English and Chinese (zh).
+ Remove the unused Settings.bundle/en.lproj/Root.strings

More changes to come...

- Rename "SETTING" to "SETTINGS" menu
- Rename "Generic Settings" to "General Settings".
- Localize the first-level menu window.

Renaming items:
- Need to review all Chinese strings to make sure they are OK.
- Need to localize error/info/warning strings that are embedded directly inside 
the source code (*.m files).

Can you review all Chinese strings to make sure they are OK?
(especially the one in the file .../zh.lproj/Localizable.strings).
