Dataset for "Impfquotenmonitoring" should be added to the package #39

The RKI seems to provide a new data product that contains information about the Covid-19 vaccination progress: https://www.rki.de/DE/Content/InfAZ/N/Neuartiges_Coronavirus/Daten/Impfquoten-Tab.html

This dataset should be added to the package.

The vaccination progress table now also has a sheet for vaccinations performed per day ("Impfungen_proTag").
