mac.aren.na module: Simple Link

Simple Link does a few simple things:

• No player
• Link adds a chan to mac.are.na root channel
• Maybe just links to mac.are.na if playlist is already in the root channel
• Gives some preview? IDK

Should we implement this as a stop-gap? not sure if it's worth the effort if Are.naTV is in the pipeline.
