Subscription doesn't work in a restricted submission space #146

I wasn't an approved submitter in the lightnet space. Clicking on subscription didn't take (turned grey on clicking it, but it didn't actually do it). When temporarily changing the space to public, subscription worked fine.

There was an explicit check to see if a user could comment before allowing them to subscribe. I added a less restrictive "can_read_posts" check and use that instead. If you can see the posts and read them, you ought to be able to subscribe to the space.
