re: Compresses house rules in right side bar

From an aesthetic sense, I'm not sure what the point of the house icon is (or color for that matter). Another thing, we want people to see the rules so much we shove it in their face every time they comment, but then hide it in the sidebar? Under a UI that gives no indication to be clicked?

Also in the model in subreddit.py, the area we are currently hiding are designated as 'house_rules' , which is markup, so it doesn't make much sense to put an icon in a hidden rules section...

we should drop the "Space Tags" form Item Lists in "spaces" only use them in "Multispaces" as is the current rule on lightnet.is.

I was looking at Gmail today for some design ideas. Two things I noticed:

• GMail's left column is fixed size and narrower than bootstrap.light's. Seems to look better on wide screens. frees up space. Can we do that?
• Gmail uses a strong color contrast for the nonscrolling" "L Area" - with my settings a pretty strong Blue. I'd be interested in seeing how bootstrap.lightnet looked with that kind of strong color for the "L"
