Space Default Image #202

Per Bootstrapification 4:

We need a bland visual representation for a space that is NOT the current lightnet logo. Needs to be bland but not intrusive to encourage the moderator to create/change the photo. Currently using a grey cube.

Image made (just a grey cube?) but not sure how/where to upload it and or code it. It should probably not be hard coded, and the file itself should probably be stored locally. Maybe a default image line in the ini file?
