Visual Bugs

This is a list of small visual inconsistencies and small css changes. Each of these bugs should not take more than 10 minutes a piece, 30 minutes at most. If it is a bigger bug it should be its own ticket.

• [ ] "action-bar" rendering on /space/edit form, which creates "[]" for some reason. Does not render on current lightnet.is
• [x] Button addon for suggest title
• [x] That damn magnifying glass
• [x] Comment rule box needs to be gray
• [ ] r2/r2/templates/userlist.html - 'placeholder' attributed value needs to take into account how the add person form is being used
• [x] Item List Page: Share and Notify forms should style their submit and cancel buttons. Add some spacing between them. Use .form-horizontal
• [x] Excerpt from original post should be under an heading like "Excerpt from the post"
• [x] Remove the People link at the top
• [x] Remove right side bar "Manage my subscriptions" button
