Messages needs styling

• [ ] http://bootstrap.lightnetb.org/message/inbox/ should have a green button to compose a new message at the top
• [ ] http://localdev.lightnetb.org/message/notifications/ has expand all / collapse all that is unstyled
• [x] messagecompose.html is ugly
