Add arrow for namepicker #229

On space picker fields, add the "Arrows" js plugin to implement the dropdown arrow found at http://textextjs.com/manual/examples/arrow-with-autocomplete.html

Moved from visual bugs because this is a non-currently implemented feature (ie new)

I believe it will need bootstrap markup. Actually no. Maybe.

This is not a new feature. If you look at the current submission form it has a list of suggested subreddits. This is the replacement.

Also, I still contend this is a "non-currently implemented" feature, especially since it is a replacement for another current feature.
