For light duty project management - assigning a task to User.
Fields:
Title: same as other Items AssignedBy: same as Creator of other Link Types. AssignedTo: username (exactly one username) or unassigned Due: Time/Date Task Description: Equivalent to Item Text for other item types Comments: same as other Items
ToDo View in Space:
Dedicated View, same as "Files", however special Default menu display order:
Three sub sorts of the list of ToDo Items displayed in order 1 ,2 ,3.:
\1 PAST DUE ToDos - current time is AFTER Due: time/date. sorted by most over due, first.
\2 OPEN ToDos current time is earlier than Due time/date - sorted by earliest Due date first
\3 DONE completed ToDos. sorted by date CLOSED.
The "PAST DUE" "OPEN" and "DONE" states will be prefixes to the Title on display menus.
If the viewer of a ToDo is _AssignedBy_, they should see a link for "Cancel" and "Done" on the ToDo Item Menus and in Comment View. "Done" marks a ToDo as DONE. "Cancel" removes ToDo from system.
If the viewer of a ToDo is _AssignedTo_: they should see a link for "Done" on the ToDo in Item Menus and in Comment View.
The Space ToDo view should default to show All ToDos, but should options for
Design work necessary for Item Menu content and Comment Header Content.
