Energy guns with a firemode select dont update #1673

Description

some guns like the Energy gun have two fire modes, disable (20 shots), kill (10), for some reason when swapping between the two it won't update the ammo

Visual issue only, I'll see if DeltaV has a fix since it's not our code.
