About the PR

Replaced kitchen with smoking lounge.
Removed salvage machines.
Nerfed bar.
Added disposals.
Removed most of the vendomats.
Slightly changed atmos.
Lowered the price.
Added guidebook entry.

Why / Balance

Part of the ongoing push for limiting shuttles to single purpose. Gourd enjoyers had it too good for far too long.
