Updates Apothecary atmos from 1 air can to o2 n2 mix

About the PR

Removed AIR canister.
Added n2 and o2 canisters with corresponding ports and plumbing.
Added "on" mixer and set to a 21 oxygen and 79 nitrogen mix.
Rotated component placement in engineering to make space for the new layout.

Why / Balance

I was told that failure to make the change would result in motivational counseling sessions in the Cleithro.

How to test

Check mix.
Check mixer is "on" variety.
Check plumbing is to code.

Breaking changes

Should be just fine. Though this should probably be loaded in after the Apothecary to avoid issues?
