Adds a vulp cannon. Currently only obtainable as a rare mail drop.

Loadable with little critters.

Why / Balance

Fun.

Balance: can cause mild grief if carrying isn't blockable, and I think hitting people with other, high speed people can do damage.

How to test

1. Spawn vulp cannon.
2. Spawn goblin.
3. Carry goblin.
4. Right click vulp cannon, "insert Urist McGoblin".
5. Launch goblin.
