Adds a new POI: Derelict McCargo, aka 'McHobo' - a product of my mind while I was shitfaced.
I was really drunk one evening and thought "What if I took a McCargo, trashed the living shit out of it and turned it into a squatting den/drug den."
@dvir001 liked it and told me to make it a new POI.
This is designed to be an alternative to Grifty's. I've set the yml files so that either POIs have a 50/50 chance of spawning. That means at roundstart you have a 50% chance of this thing appearing and a 50% chance of Grifty's.
Despite just generally being a horrible and dangerous place to go, it has a scrap shipyard console as an alternative to it being present on Frontier Prime. Hopefully in doing so it might remove the temptation for newer players to buy scrapyard ships, as now you need to buy something else and commit to going there.
Why / Balance
Let's address the main thing first: The Scrap Shipyard Console. The scrapyard is a noob trap, as are the ships. They always have been. However, they are silly and some people seem to enjoy using them for whatever reason. While there has been some chatter about removing the scrapyard entirely, I do find myself oddly fond of it (I cannot explain why). So, why not make it a novelty? It has a 50% chance to appear in each round now, and it's no longer on Frontier Prime, so the new players won't easily find the discount and dangerous ships. Now you have to buy something, go to the POI and commit to getting one.
Other than that, this place is just a POI to compliment Grifty's. The overall design philopshy is the same: An old food outlet POI taken over by critters you've got to clear out. In this case, this is a McCargo which has been abandoned and turned into a drug den or squat.
There are various space critters to deal with, along with plenty of vermin. The POI is pressurised, but the atmos infrastructure isn't exactly intact. Along with the sheer amount of garbage also - this place is quite the project to any janitors or engineers looking to kill some time - hopefully giving a bit more opportunity to those roles than there is right now in the game.
The place is powered by a HYPERPACMAN running at 10kW with 20 bananium in the tank, so it will happily power itself for a couple of hours without refuelling. The generator is unshielded. This is purely just to make the POI even more unsavoury and because Darin and I thought it would be funny.
We've also got a tiny little drug lab with a handful of Space Mirage pills and some joints. Leftovers from the poor sods who got eaten by the space critters.
Other than that, there is no particular loot in this place. It's mainly just full of garbage and things that want to turn you into garbage. The scrapyard is the main incentive. Loot, of course, can be added if desired, but I wanted this place to feel like everything not nailed down was taken long ago.
I won't lie, there are a LOT of entities, though it seems to load okay without issues.
How to test
Checkout the fork and either load the grid manually to test that, or start/restart the round until it naturally spawns as part of POI generation.
Media
Uninitialised, spawns showing.
Initialised with lights.
Initialised, natural lighting.
