SSS Starhaven (New) - A Large Service Shuttle

About the PR

Added the SSS Starhaven, a new large service shuttle designed as mobile space rest stop. Motivated by my creativity (and my insanity), I created this very sluggish shuttle that is basically a money sink, only capable of getting money from other player, thus incentivizing roleplay (kind of).

Why / Balance

While designed/mapped as brand new service shuttle meant as a shuttle for spacefarers to relax, it can also be considered as a replacement/alternative to Metastable, Crescent, or Anchor. Starhaven is designed as a platform for spacers to hang out, providing food and drinks, relaxation, entertainment, or other amenities, The 4 docks (2 large dock and 2 small dock) provides enough space for shuttles to dock easily. The shuttle is purchaseable from the Frontier Outpost's Shipyard for a sum of $120,000

Design Aspects Overall:

• Shuttle Shape inspired by Starsector's Venture.
• Large Docking Space
• Enough Thrusters and Gyroscopes to accelerate and rotate at a slow pace.

Bridge / Command:

• Provided Quarters for Captain and HOP.
• Provided an Office for HOP
• Vault for high-value items or weaponry (empty)
• Meeting room for discussion

Cafeteria / Bar:

• Service Techfab over Plasteel Chef Vendor
• Only 1 Microwave and 1 Grinder for appliance
• Tiny freezer for meat hook
• No Dispenser for bar (only hand mixing)
• A thief-proofed Jukebox for visitors to enjoy music.

Theater:

• 10 chairs for spectators
• Red Curtains to hide the stage, for preparation or clean up.
• Small Backstage, to store props and clothes.

Janitorial:

• An empty janitor closet, for janitor to store their belongings.
• Bio suit for dangerous substance cleaning.
• 1 Janitorial Trolley and 1 Secure Trash Cart
• Sink to fill mop buckets.
• Small storage room to store restocks, and cleaning supplies.

Misc. Amenities:

• 2 Arcade Cabinets
• 2 Small bathrooms
• Small library, with a "functional" computer with a video-streaming program installed, a fireplace, a small reading area, and obviously; Books and Bookshelves.
• Small chapel, with enough seats to comfortably host 6 people, and a chaplain at a sermon (or other religious events), an instrument, and a bell.
• A commissary, with dedicated storage, this area can comfortable be used to sell items, or be altered to be used for other purposes.
• 3 Gardens, 1 "Main" Garden, where the tools and other equipment for gardening is stored, and 2 other walk-through garden, for visitors to relax in.

Statistics:

Tile count: 1426 / 47 long, 47 wide. Price: 120,000 (grid values at approx. 104,500, so markup is ~15%). Crew: 4-10 (Recommended: Chef, Bartender, Janitor. Other: Gardener, Librarian, Chaplain, Clerk, HoP, Performers, Engineer/Maintainer)

Breaking changes

Other than break the wealth (in a negative sense) of people who buy this shuttle, i hope not.

FYI in mapmode you can zoom all the way out , would be nice to have a silhouette, also if you can, stitch the images together into a full image. it presents a little bit nicer!
