Autolathe cannot accept silver to utilize silver-requiring blueprints

Reproduction Insert silver-requiring blueprint into autolathe (adv magboots good example) Attempt to insert silver Turn material magnet on, drop silver on: silver not accepted

Additional context Issue extends to plasma and bluespace and plasteel

Not sure how to go about with this. Lathes seem to automatically determine what materials can be inserted into them based off of the recipes they start with or are intended to unlock, and don't change at all after that. Might require C# changes, or I might just be stupid.
