can any new killboard pull the killmail database from eve-kill? If not, seems like it'd be hard to gain traction. Eve-kill is shit but its less shit than BC and has thus been the defacto standard for a while now.

I think Karbo does not mind as long as it's a two way street. Of course he wants his to be the kill board to go to for kill mails.

AFAIK, Battleclinic are completely closed. I don't think its a bad idea to approach Karb and other (maybe ally level) killboards for a kill sync. The sync protocol already exists, we just need to support it.
