Mark Improvements and some fixes

  - Changes mark behavior a little. toggle-able. prob needs alot more
testing i made some changes before and reverted it cause it didnt work as i
wanted this one seems to be better
   g_markDeconstructMode { 0 | 1 }
      0 should be old way(using buildpoints first)
      1 should be using Buildables first

the multiple hovel bugfix is now in latiku7 head so that will be included next 
time
someone syncs.

the other one has been ported it went on fine.
