!invisible doesnt work with slots

The invisible slot feature does not seem to work.

When i attempt !invisible +3 to make player 3 invisible, it toggles my own 
invis

Also, it does not have console checks, so the server can be crashed this 
way.

its only for you you cant !invisible others(its main purpose is for bot 
detection
letting an admin sit in spec with noone knowing hes watching a botter)

the console checks can be an issue ill add those after

Mmm, probably want to update the help line then.

Also, do the +|- do anything at all? If not, better to just strike them from 
the help

yeh those shouldn't be there its a copy paste error whatever was used to make it
must've had those and noone remembered to remove them. ill change them in my 
qvm and
do up a .patch for the changes
