!invisibility #3

This is a command that makes an admin appear to disconnect from the server.

It says a quit message, puts them on spec, and takes them out of listplayers 
and makes their namelog entity inactive.

Useful for watching problematic players.

If we add it, it would be, logically, flagged invisibility

this is critux's one it makes you invisible for nearly everything. just a 
qboolean
and a check in every function that shows you. it misses a few things but covers
enough to be effective

i think i got it all out of my qvm seems to work with a 10min test

here is one that patches clean with current code there's going to be holes in it
because of rezyns new code

so ill assign it to him since he knows his qvm the best.

i also recommend this stays open for a while so we can find as many holes as 
possible
anything that's not in lat7qvm and shows players status in some way needs to 
have an
addition.

ported to cqvm compiles had to shuffle some stuff in g_client to get it to 
apply again.

cant test it atm i don't have trem installed it should work ill test it later.
