Clean up repo

I just did a commit from tremulous head.

It needs to be cleaned up.

Delete whatever you feel needs to be deleted, etc.

Im giving this to rezyn, as he did it before, for p-g

If you mean remove files not necessary to build the QVM, it wasn't me that did 
that
for p-g-qvm...

If issue#4 works out as I expect, the tremded should also be usable after that 
huge
commit to rebase the repo.

Mostly done when issue#4 was completed, however the Makefile might need 
changing to
only build the qvm, and possibly the tremded. Client / cgame is built but 
unused or
unusable (?).

This issue was updated by r8.

Revision 8 cleans up the makefile a bit. Functionality is stil there, but i 
disabled everything but QVM builds. Just set the flags to 0. See revision diff 
for details.

I did this for Slackers QVM

try this patch it removes everything not game.qvm/so related from the 
repository.
it shouldn't break anything but test it to make sure. it works for me.
should save rezyn some guessing time.

it also greatly reduces checkout sizes.

Actually, since we might need the other bits of code later, lets keep them. I'm 
marking this wont fix, as we dont need it.
