Description:
Dunno about the feasibility of this, but it would really provide useful 
for a lot of servers, esp nuts, as instead of having to recompile with 
custom stuff, it would just be able to include.

Cvar'd obviously. Perhaps g_tremulousH would point to its location 
relative to base.
