qvm version info needs updated #9

Don't know exactly how you want it to be numbered or incremented, so
leaving this up to Paradox.

As for the cvar, I guess 1.1 should remain qvm_version and 1.2 will then
switch to g_version.

This issue was updated by r6.

This has been updated to be the new syntax. However, it still isn't automatic. 
Eventually, see issue 10 for details
