Change /Mark to allow priority to be changed from BP preferred to Buildable
of same type preferred.( possibly toggleable - used to work like this )

still some issues with the logic of it - all buildables of the same type get 
removed
instead of only one.

New code in svn should work needs testing.
  g_markdeconstructmode {0|1} 0 being off/use bp first 1 being on/use mark buildables
first

if there's no bugs this will be a 1.1 release
