nRST line appears to work fine, as does the MOSI line. Nothing appears to come up on the MISO line. It looks like 4 packets do go out based on SCK, so I'm guessing it gets past https://github.com/newaetech/naeusb/blob/a3aec756e94f5e75a2b1ec25ec3d0abff17cd23e/ISPProtocol.c#L91
