Check for CWHUSKY as platform in setup #45

The labs mention to use a PLATFORM of "CWHUSKY" when using the husky throughout the labs but the setup script doesn't check for this and set the programmer to the SAM4S which causes the programmer to be None and the firmware to silently not flash.

Thanks for the patches. We'll be away until the 14th and will merge in after that.

No problem. I have the changes all made locally in the mean time. Just hoping to help others not get stuck
