0.2 pcb - FTDI chip has shorted EEPROM pins #1

At some point between initial design & PCB layout the FTDI EEPROM got dragged and Altium decided we should short those pins together. This wasn't caught & requires a PCB mod to fix. Otherwise the FTDI chip won't come online.

Issue is fixed on 0.3 PCB (now on order) & will be tested once board is built. Issue will be closed once fix is confirmed.
